LCV specialists, David Spear Commercial Vehicles, were delighted last week to celebrate the accomplishments of two of their team: General Manager, Geraint Yeo and Operations Supervisor, Stephanie Rees. Both Employees have been studying for over 18 month and have recently passed their qualifications for which they studied alongside their day-to-day jobs.
General Manager, Geraint studied NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and completed his course with the desire to progress in areas such as project management and designing business processes. “As the company planned to grow, I decided to further my career development and the study offered a good opportunity to expand my knowledge in my current managerial role. The learning journey was difficult but worth it”, Geraint states.
Stephanie took on NVQ Level 3 Customer Service and explained that her passion to assimilate the concepts and practices of customer service drove her to success. “I’ve gained confidence and enthusiasm in my work and the course has allowed me to improve my working techniques and advance my personal attributes” adds Stephanie.
