No, but you can arrange this yourself. We will assist with the relevant documents and transport to a UK Port

Absolutely, we would encourage you to come to our premises and take the van out on a test drive with no obligation to buy.

Yes all our vehicles undergo a full 90 point mechanical and safety inspection by highly qualified technicians who are registered with the Institute of the Motor Industry. To view our pre delivery inspection sheet please go to our SERVICE or WARRANTY pages.

Most of our vehicles have Full Service History, occasionally the vehicle will be supplied with partial history and in a small minority of cases there may be no service history. In whichever case it will always be mentioned and records of history are kept with the vehicle documentation.

We understand the need for vehicles to be taxed prior to taking delivery and as such allowing them to be legally driven on the road. Vehicle Tax is available at the “customers discretion” and is separate from the cost of the vehicle. Prices vary depending upon the tax band.

Yes all our vehicles will have a minimum of 6 months MOT.

Yes, all tyres are checked within our 90 point pre inspection check

You can put a deposit on a vehicle over the telephone or in person, we would love to meet you at our showroom. A £200 Debit card or cash deposit would reserve the vehicle for 7 days.

The deposit is non-refundable. We remove the vehicle from sale preventing other customers from purchasing it. The only exception is if you are not accepted for vehicle finance arranged by David Spear Commercials.

In most cases yes, all required preparation and paperwork can be completed within a few hours.

We are dedicated to customer service and would aim to resolve any issues you may have as quickly and fairly as possible. Upon receiving a complaint this will be investigated and you will be provided with an outcome.If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, or your complaint has not been resolved within 8 weeks you may appeal to the Financial Ombudsmen Service. This has been set up by the Financial Services Authority to review unresolved Finance/Insurance complaints.

Yes we will be happy to appraise your van and give you a fair market price for it, based on age, condition, mileage and auction data. We can then buy your van with no obligation to purchase a vehicle from us. We will however most likely be able to offer you a better deal on your new vehicle if you decide to part exchange as part of the deal.

Your vehicle should not be driven without an MOT certificate however, we would still accept this as a part exchange

Any vehicle we take in has to be registered to you.

As no two used vehicles/vans are the same we would need to view your vehicle to assure you of our best price. Only a ballpark figure could be advised over the telephone or by email.

There are no age limits as to what we will accept, just bring your vehicle in for a valuation.

Our highly trained staff will appraise your vehicles, age, condition, mileage and market trends will always be a factor in determining the price. We have upto the minute auction data which we rely upon to give you the best price possible, we will guarantee the price given for 7 days.
