Award winning LCV dealership expands workforce to meet growing demand
Leading commercial vehicle dealer David Spear is pleased to announce a series of new appointments to their Tredegar and Cardiff workshops, and their wider customer facing team. The recent team expansion works to strengthen the already successful team and meet the growing demand that the business has experienced as they chart 20% growth this year.
The team has recently welcomed new technicians, Jamie West and Zack O’Neill, both qualified mechanical engineers. Steph Rees has also joined the workshop team as Operations Controller and will be tasked with managing the integration of digital technology into workshops and valet areas.
“The skills that Jamie, Zak and Steph bring will be hugely valuable to our workshops and as a dealership focused on service, we have also made several appointments to our customer facing team to ensure we can continue to form strong relationships with our clients from vehicle selection to aftercare,” said Owner David Spear.
The customer facing appointments David Spear mentions include Sian Edwards and Dan Parfitt, who join the firm’s Tredegar based headquarters in sales and customer service roles. Amanda Taylor has also been appointed as Business Handover Manager, a role that will improve the customer service experience received by David Spear clients and speed up the vehicle handover and delivery processes.
The recent acquisition of a new site in Cardiff has strengthened the firm’s offering, and they are now able to cater to a wider range of customers throughout Wales, South West England, the Midlands and the rest of the country.
