We’ve just recorded a very healthy set of figures for July, which reinforces our business strategy and keeps us on track for the growth targets set for 2017.
However, we are now in the middle of holiday season where it’s so easy to allow complacency to set in and potentially lose focus as a result.
Therefore, this is a great time of year for the company to re-focus on its core objectives and re-communicate the strategy of the business and its core values to all its staff.
So, it’s critical at this mid-term period to – make clear where the business is currently at – where it really needs to be at this present time – and discuss openly how as a team we can work together to either bridge any gap or be proactive to stay ahead and complete the course.
The course is what we all subscribed to at the beginning of the year.
